Lepida Group is a holding company in Houston, Texas. It owns companies in technology, aviation, and media, and holds them for the long term.
Lepida Group exists to hold things together: the companies, the people, and the standard they share.
The first business started in 2021 as Hurbs LLC, doing IT work invoice by invoice out of Cypress, Texas. The work grew into consulting, and the consulting grew into partnerships. Eventually the companies needed one place responsible for how each is run and what it promises.
We are not in a hurry. We keep our companies small enough to stay honest and good enough to be recommended. We answer plainly, charge fairly, and stay after the work is done.
If we do that long enough, the rest takes care of itself.
